After frequent travels to other Asian countries such as HongKong, Macau, Malaysia, and Singapore, I have always wanted to find a good noodle house in Cebu. I would want to start it myself. Alas, they beat me to it. All in good spirit though... because I love it! Uncle Noodles opened on June 30 this year. It is, however, only recently that I tried their good food. If you are wondering of its origin, Uncle Noodles serves Singaporean-inspired dishes.
This is the speech I delivered as my BS#5.
You prepare your own lunch
Let me tell you a story.
Three construction workers were on top of their half-finished skyscraper. Rrrrring!" the lunch bell sounded, and the three men sat on a steel beam jutting out of the 56th floor with their lunch boxes in hand.
Having been able to practically grow my career in Mac as a Software Engineer, I have always been a fan of Steve Jobs. I love his passion and his keen for perfection. I have watched his failures and successes by reading through several news and opinions about him. I have never read anything from him about his life story. This book by Sir Walter Isaacson is a narration of how Steve views the events of his life. I definitely would recommend you to read it.
