Recipe: Stir-fry Snow Peas with Shrimps
Did I mention I love shrimps? Here's another shrimp recipe that I recommend.
In this recipe, I like having more snow peas than shrimp. It's an opportunity for the whole household to eat vegetables too :)

The husband has been trying to do away with eating too much pork. To date, he has been not eaten once for a month now. So, I have been experimenting on various fish dishes a lot. I have always found salmon difficult to cook because of its fishy smell. I prefer cooking it with strong spices or with sauce. I have a moroccan seasoning at home gifted by my friend in Melbourne and so I thought I would use it.
Shrimp is probably my most favorite food in the world. I have always been in search of a good simple recipe. This recipe was also shared by my friend who I saw posting her finished product on her My Day on Facebook.

When we were in Melbourne, a friend cooked this for dinner and I really enjoyed it. I have always wanted to try it. I am glad she is kind enough to share her recipe. That was 5 months ago. This quarantine has given me enough time to experiment on a lot of recipe taht I have in my backlog.
I am amazed at how the marinade seeped through the chicken's flesh, and surprisingly happy at how soft and tasty the chicken was. I enjoyed making it as much as everyone in my household enjoyed eating it. Try it!
The husband has just returned from his Japan trip. I typed in, "What to buy in Japan", and this instant noodle box comes in among the Top 10 in the list. The box comes in 2 options - serving for 2, and serving for 5. This particular box in the picture is good for 2. A quick search online says this is a product of a famous ramen restaurant in Japan. I tried it this weekend and it has not failed my palette. Truly delicious!
Although the restaurant has been around in Cebu in years, I have just recently discovered this place. I fell in love instantly. I have not been to Japan yet (hopefully, soon) so I could not vouch for its authenticity based on taste. I can say, though, that of the times I have been there, my companions and I are the only non-Japanese customers.

We tried all their Signature Steak. Steak is best served in medium rare. If you are like me who order based on picture, I was dismayed not to find any in the menu. I checked Foursquare and there aren't that many tips that would help me order.
