Believe it or not, in the almost-seven years that we have been together, it is only at these times that we are most peaceful and harmonious. We probably have already adjusted to the life of being married. It is also probably because we both individually decided to stop worrying. Throw all worries up in the air. We only have one life to live. We better live it! We are enjoying each other's company more than the world. We stopped looking at each other as the enemy. In this world, all we got is only each other. Since the start of this year, I am less angry, less annoyed, and less anxious. Thank God! I hope I didn't jinx it just by writing that. I pray this harmony will continue until we grow old.
Knowing how mushy my husband is and how much he loves surprises, I kind of expected one this Valentines. I'm glad he did or I'd be greatly disappointed. Haha When he picked me up after work that night, he asked me to check at the car's registration sheet at the compartment infront of me. That's when I saw this gift wrapped in Christmas paper. Hahah Yeah, you read that right. Christmas wrapping paper... He must have ran out of wrappers. Resourceful, booboo. LOL I found that really funny and super sweet. The fact that he took time to wrap it himself melted my heart. I've always loved this Casio Classic Digital wrist watch especially that this classic design is coming back to fashion. You couldn't find this sold in Cebu anywhere. When you do, they are always sold out. I asked him where he found one but he wouldn't say.. so let's leave it at that. Hehe I am happy still. :)
We sealed the night with a lovely dinner a.k.a fine dining at Pino. He had reserved us a table weeks before Valentines Day. Glad he did because all fine restaurants were overflowing. I doubt you'd find a table when you just walk-in. Although I wouldn't mind eating fastfood or getting drive-thru, this experience was so much better. More romantic! I love feeling special. The food was superb!! I love the menu they especially prepared for the couples. Thank you booboo. You never fail to amaze me. :)
