Recipe: Fish Paksiw or Inun-unan Fish

This quarantine is making a chef out of me LOL Sharing my fish paksiw or commonly called as in-unan fish in Bisaya.

Inun-unan Fish or Fish Paksiw

Note: You may add talong, and other vegetables in your fish paksiw too.

Ingredients:
4 medium-sized Tomatoes
Ginger (small) - thinly sliced
Sili spada
Fish on too
Pounded 4 cloves of garlic
1 sliced onions
- 2 scoops salt
- 1 scoop Magic sarap
- 4 kuchara of vinegar (depends on how many slices of fish)
- 4 kuchara oil
 
Procedure:
1. Add all ingredients
2. heat until there's water coming out from tomatoes
3. Add 1 1/2cup water
