fall in love with Kawasan Falls

This February is truly a love month not only for romantic lovers but also for the nature lovers. This weekend, we have decided to get lost at Badian. I am proud to be a true blue Cebuano as I have been raised and have lived my whole life in Cebu City. However, I've never been to Kawasan Falls. What a shame! Well, today is the day that I say "not anymore". Yeah! I said that with enough conviction and pride! LOL I have always been apprehensive in going because my friends say it's a long walk from where you leave your vehicle.

Review: LA Vie Parisienne | French Macaroons | French Croissant

La Vie Parisienne is quite an intimidating place when you're looking from the outside. You could easily see the collection of wines. My SIL (sister-in-law) Chai introduced the place to us tonight. Her magic words were, "I'll pay for the wine!" Of course! Why would I say no?! :D

I am glad I did. The place is beautiful! I especially love the garden. You'd be surprised too how affordable the food and drinks are. Here are some prices of the croissants.

Coco Palms Beach Resort @ Danao

August is a wonderful month to bond with families and friends. Because last week had a long weekend, we decided to spend the Friday at Coco Palms Beach Resort for some team building activities. We came fresh from our 5 Dysfunctions of the Team Workshop and we feel very good. One of the norms we had created was to include in our regular team bonding some group activities that will allow us to get to know each other more. This month, we decided to spend it at Coco Palms. We had overflowing food and drinks prepared too.

Deprived of an education...

May 28: Yesterday was Nate's supposed birthday. I decided to skip work and stay for a few hours with him at his resting place. Because I had more hours free, I decided to go back to my alma mater, University of San Carlos, and inquire requirements for returning student. To give you a little background, before Nate came, I had been taking my graduate studies course. I was taking Master of Science in Information Technology. I had just finished taking my comprehensive exams and about to start my thesis. I then learned that I was pregnant.

Need a tailor?

Recently, I have been in search for a good rash guard for a planned trip to Palawan. I have searched everywhere and gone into all summer and sport boutiques. They are either too expensive or not worth the the cost. A family member of mine reminded me of RR Dress Shop. We usually have dresses tailored here. I forgot that they also do swim wear. For only Php160 per piece, I got myself well-made rash guards. I'm so happy, indeed! :)
