My nephews' wits and innocence always amaze me. I decided to compile some funny moments with them. As I add more in the list, I will place this entry back in featured list. This blog is inspired by Reader's Digest's 'Laughter is the best medicine' portion. Laughter is indeed the best medicine! Like I tweeted, a happy disposition is the best makeup to wear every day. 

"I saved Maven's heart" is such a powerful conviction. It gave me and everyone in that room a sense of pride. Yes, we saved Maven's heart! 

Yesterday I attended the thanksgiving dinner for Maven's complete healing. I hugged Hannah and was immediately in tears. I am very happy. A month after his surgery, his oxygen saturation is now 99% from the meager 68%. What great news that is!

In today's homily, the priest introduced his talk with the paradox of life.  The paradox of life is written by someone unknown. It tells of the present time. It warns us of how we busy ourselves with so much of what we deem "important" that we forget what is truly essential. Read on.

This book was the perfect gift given by my close girl friends during my baby boy's last rite. I am guessing they did not know what to tell me because no note was written on the front page where you usually place little memo. I appreciated it. Several words were uttered that I am sure were meant to be comforting but those words made me feel otherwise. Silence was better. When I got home, I started reading the first few pages but did not have the strength and composure to continue. So, I dropped it.

Whether it be at work, business, at home, in our relationships, how we view our lives... we all have to be resilient to survive, surpass, and live it. This is a mindmap explaining what a resilient willpower is and how to have it.
