Review: LA Vie Parisienne | French Macaroons | French Croissant

La Vie Parisienne is quite an intimidating place when you're looking from the outside. You could easily see the collection of wines. My SIL (sister-in-law) Chai introduced the place to us tonight. Her magic words were, "I'll pay for the wine!" Of course! Why would I say no?! :D

I am glad I did. The place is beautiful! I especially love the garden. You'd be surprised too how affordable the food and drinks are. Here are some prices of the croissants.

My favorite!! Ube Jam or Ube Hilaya

Look what I found! ^_^

This has always been my aunt's pasalubong from Bohol whenever she goes there. Unfortunately, she's the only one who knows where to buy it. So I am very happy to see it finally here in Cebu. It is, however, placed in a much smaller container. Nevertheless, my smile reached ear to ear! :D Very happy indeed. Thank you Pan de Manila for bringing it here. :)

LMG Pastry's Birthday Cake for Boo

I have been ordering cakes from Lani M. Garcia for several years now. I like ordering from her because she is creative. Her cakes and cupcakes always look really beautiful and each order is always unique. Most especially, I like how her pastries are not overly priced. I also like that her place is very near from where I live. It's only at Lahug and very convenient (for me) for pick-up of my orders.
