I've heard about a good barbeque place near Capitol and so we drove to try it out. There's nothing special about the place. It looks more like a converted garage. It has no walls. The floor is only made up of gravel. But when I look around the place, it's packed. So, I was even made more curious as to how the food tastes. True enough, I was not disappointed. The uniqueness of Yakski from all other barbeque places is the sauce. Go ahead and ask me the famous line of their servers... LOL Well, I'll give you a clue.

La Vie Parisienne is quite an intimidating place when you're looking from the outside. You could easily see the collection of wines. My SIL (sister-in-law) Chai introduced the place to us tonight. Her magic words were, "I'll pay for the wine!" Of course! Why would I say no?! :D
I am glad I did. The place is beautiful! I especially love the garden. You'd be surprised too how affordable the food and drinks are. Here are some prices of the croissants.
I was on my quest to find a new noodle house after the one I love closed down. I was ecstatic to find this stall during our Paintball Challenge event at J Center Mall. This stall is in between Mang Inasal and SM Supermarket. I was curious that the stall has so many customers. So finally on one Sunday, we tried it out. I came in hungry. I came out sweating and satisfied. The food is so spicy, you'd sweat your bad cholesterol out. LOL Well, that's an exaggeration but it felt really good. My favorite is the Kimchi Noodles Soup.
Last weekend, I celebrated my birthday. This year is different because we decided to celebrate it in Palawan. We usually travel on budget but because it's my birthday, we allowed ourselves to splurge. LOL This was my first visit and I fell in love with the place. I will let the pictures talk about it more.
Tired of the usual malling? Try a long drive. I discovered something cool in Dumaguete... Gabby's Bistro.
Look what I found! ^_^
This has always been my aunt's pasalubong from Bohol whenever she goes there. Unfortunately, she's the only one who knows where to buy it. So I am very happy to see it finally here in Cebu. It is, however, placed in a much smaller container. Nevertheless, my smile reached ear to ear! :D Very happy indeed. Thank you Pan de Manila for bringing it here. :)
